Requirement for Obtaining an Income Certificate

Complete Application form duly self attested.
  • A duly filled and attested application form.
  • A document providing identity (ID) proof of the applicant which includes PAN Card, Passport, Voter I Card. An Aadhar Card is not compulsory, but if applicant is providing the Aadhar Card, then the name provided in the application should match the name provided in his/her Aadhar Card.
  • If not minor, then a self-declaration in the prescribed format.
  • The photograph of the applicant is required to be matched with his/her photograph on the Aadhar Card. The photograph of the applicant will be captured through a web camera during application submission or verification.
  • Supporting documents showcasing applicant’s present residential proof such as electricity bill or water bill.
  • Documents specifying the proof of date of birth such as birth certificate, school certificate and passport.
  • Any document showing the family income of the applicant such as salary slip.
  • Proof for the monthly expenditure of the applicant.

All documents needs to be attested by a Gazetted Officer.

  • Area SDM can be approached or concerned O/o the Deputy Commissioner during 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on any working days.
  • Almost 14 days will take to issue the certificate.
